Hannah Howzdy was born in beautiful Los Angeles, California, and attributes her love of storytelling to three things: her brilliant father, her magical mother, and the birds they fed outside their windows.
She holds a BFA in Drama from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, where she attended both Playwrights Horizons Theatre School and New Studio on Broadway.
Most recently, Hannah performed the role of Lynette “Squeaky” Fromme in The Secret Theatre’s production of Assassins.
Recent concert and production appearances include Lincoln Center, The Triad Theatre, The Orpheum Theatre and The Hollywood Bowl. Television appearances include The Today Show (NBC) and WPIX.
Hannah has a love for animation and video game voiceover; her voice can be heard most recently in video games 911 Operator and The Uncertain.
When not in the rehearsal room or recording studio, Hannah can frequently be found writing, reading fairytales, and enjoying long, romantic walks to her fridge.
Hannah was a proud 2016 recipient of the NYU Tisch Award for Outstanding Achievement in Drama.

"An extremely talented and mesmerizingly intense cast is directed by Lauren Shields. They eminently succeed in generating an unlikely combination of terror, paradox and humor...Wild-eyed Squeaky Fromme (Hannah Howzdy) and bumbling Sara Jane Moore (Leeanna Rubin) are extraordinarily well played." —Cliff Kasden, The Queens Courier

“A beautifully played scene between Hannah Howzdy as a loopy Lynette “Squeaky” Fromme and Leeanna Rubin as unhinged Sara Jane Moore is another highlight, as the two women reminisce about their mutual acquaintance with Charles Manson, thought by Fromme to be the Messiah.” — Mark Lord, The Queens Chronicle
