Hannah Howzdy is an actress, singer, and voiceover artist known for playing eccentric characters with a dark edge. In the fall of 2020, she wrote, produced, and starred in her debut film, and the heavens must have cried, playing devoted Charles Manson follower Susan Atkins.

Hannah has a love for animation and video game voiceover. Her voice can be heard as the leading voice of Jo (and Jess, and Grandma!) in Wildbrain Inc.’s new animated series, emojitown®️, as well as popular video games 911 Operator and The Uncertain.

Her most recent theatre credits include the role of ghostly Elvira in Glendale Center Theatre’s Blithe Spirit, and the role of Lynette “Squeaky” Fromme in The Secret Theatre’s production of Sondhiem’s Assassins.

Recent concert appearances include Lincoln Center, The Triad Theatre, The Orpheum Theatre, and The Hollywood Bowl. Television appearances include The Today Show (NBC) and WPIX. She holds a BFA in Drama from New York University Tisch School of the Arts, where she attended both Playwrights Horizons Theatre School and New Studio on Broadway. She was a proud recipient of the NYU Tisch Award for Outstanding Achievement in Drama.

Hannah Howzdy was born in beautiful Los Angeles, California, and attributes her love of storytelling to three things: her brilliant father, her magical mother, and the birds they fed outside their windows. When not in the rehearsal room, Hannah can frequently be found reading historical fiction, drinking tea, and enjoying long, romantic walks to her fridge.
